In this workshop we will be getting intimate with some local summer blooms and wild herbs. Our teacher, Jacqui of Earthly, will lead us through a demonstration of how to flower-print, using both the steam method and the hammer method, as well as anything you want to know about botanical dyes! We will all choose your favorite botanicals and create a collage of flowers, leaves and herbs on our fabric. The piece will come to life as you transfer the color, essence and shape of each plant onto your final product. We will be dying a finished product of a large cotton tote bag printed with plants! Be a walking flowerbomb this summer :)
